Clinical Rotations

At Next Steps, our primary focus is on delivering comprehensive hands-on rotations during all onsite experiences. This ensures that you gain valuable practical exposure, enabling you to actively participate in patient care, perform procedures, and make medical decisions.

We strategically position our rotations in prominent cities featuring preferred residency programs for International Medical Graduates (IMGs). This affords you the chance to forge valuable connections and cultivate networks within programs that are more receptive to IMG candidates.

We provide rotations in University and University affiliated Hospitals. Our offering includes the choice to receive tailored and personalized Hospital Letter of Recommendation s (LoRs) alongside your USCE experience.

Typically, we assign an average of three students to a specific rotation spot each month. Our comprehensive students experience both in-patient and out-patient USCE with US healthcare system.

Based on our research, USMLE aspirants utilizing the Next Steps Mentorship Plan will complete their preparation 72 days earlier than their peers.
